a. Defrosting out the required quantity of European Pancake from the (Plastic Bag) to be made on a room temperature for 1:30 to 2 hrs. or until the Pancake Batter is turn into liquid consistency ( no ice particles ).
b. Make a cut on the tip end of the Plastic Bag then transfer the Pancake Batter into a bowl.
c. Pre-heat the Crepe Maker Machine to desire temperature, and ready to use as desired
d. Pour the European pancake mixture, with a medium-sized food scoop, and stir the mixture until it fills the sides of the crepe making machine in a circular shape. Leave on low heat, and wait for the European pancake surface to dry, then flip the European pancake on the other side, using a flat wooden spoon, and leave it Minutes until it turns red and softens.
We repeat the same way until all of the mixture is finished, and we can fill it as desired.
Cream filling
Sweet Cream preparation:
2 Top Whip Cream Mix Goody
2 cups of liquid milk
Pieces of red berries or sliced strawberries
